Firearms. Please inspect every firearm before you fill out the ATF Form 4473. If anything is wrong, tell us before you sign and we’ll make it right. Once a firearm is transferred to you, the sale is final and it can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Warranty. New firearms carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll gladly help you contact them. Used firearms are sold as-is.
Ammunition. All ammunition and reloading components are non-returnable.
Transfers (cash only). Transfer fees are non-refundable, including for a denied background check or a buyer who backs out. We can’t legally release a firearm to a denied buyer. The buyer pays shipping to return it to the seller.
Gunsmithing (cash only). We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days. That covers labor only, for the work on your ticket, and doesn’t cover parts, wear, or misuse. Items not picked up within 60 days of notice may be disposed of as the law allows.
